Booking Policy

Booking an appointment online is free. You pay for your service at the studio.

Prices

Prices on our website are shown the way we quote them in the studio. Some services start at a listed price and may cost more depending on what you choose (for example nail designs or makeup detail). Your esthetician will confirm the final price with you before your service.

Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. You can do it online using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please call us at +1 (780) 479-4363.

Missed appointments

If you miss an appointment without letting us know, we may not be able to book you again.

Arriving late

Running late? Please call us at +1 (780) 479-4363. We'll let you know whether we can still fit you in or help you choose a new time.

Your health and comfort

Please don't share medical information through our website. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or any other concern, talk to your esthetician at the studio before your service.

Children

We pierce ears at any age, and we specialize in piercing babies' ears.
