Where we ship

We ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available.

Cost

• Edmonton and St. Albert: free local delivery or shipping
• Elsewhere in Canada: $18.99 CAD
• Local pickup at the studio: free

Timing

Orders are usually prepared within about 1 business day. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 3 business days after that. Carrier delivery times can vary, so we can't guarantee a delivery date.

Tracking

We ship with Canada Post. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. You can also check your order any time on the Track My Order page with your order number and email.

Pickup

Choose pickup when you send your order request, and we will let you know when your order is ready at the studio in Kingsway Mall. Bring your order number.

Lost or damaged packages

We ship with Canada Post with tracking, and we are responsible for your package until it reaches you safely. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address mistakes

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you: we can send it again (you pay the shipping) or refund you, minus the original shipping cost. We aren't responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address you entered.
